Season leaders among qualified batters and pitchers

Use it when you want who leads a stat among qualified players: OPS or RE24 for hitters, ERA or K/9 for pitchers.

Parameters

statenum: avg | obp | slg | ops | hr | re24 | bb_pct | k_pct | era | whip | so | k_per_9 | bb_per_9required
seasonnumber | stringoptional: Season (a year, e.g. 2025; default: the latest).
min_paintegeroptional: Override the plate-appearance minimum.
min_ipintegeroptional: Override the innings minimum.

Notes

Over MCP, ask for it in plain English and the client calls get_leaders itself. Point any MCP client at https://mcp.fastballapi.com/mcp?key=YOUR_API_KEY.
